Nothing posts until you say yes.

AutoPoster checks every post against your brand's rules and lines it up for your accounts. You approve it, it goes out on time, and your team can see who said yes.

Closed beta. We let people in a few at a time.

Try it: this draft was sent back. Fix it, then approve it.

Alt text: Four speckled white stoneware bowls on a white table, three stacked behind one on its own

Caption

New speckled bowls, and they are game-changing for slow Sunday breakfasts. Each one is thrown by hand in our studio, so no two glazes match. #pottery #ceramics #handmade #stoneware #smallbatch #shopsmall #slowliving

The fixes rewrite the caption.

Sent back: 3 things to fix

  • Remove off-brand words: game-changing
  • Add one of: save / share / tag a friend
  • 7 hashtags (5 or fewer works best)
  • No em dashes
  • Caption present
  • Caption 217/2200 chars (incl. hashtags)
  • 1 media attached
  • Alt text on every image
  • IMAGE is a valid Instagram format
  • Hook fits the 125-char preview

Fix the 2 must-fix checks to approve.

Wren Hollow Ceramics is a made-up shop. The checks are the real quality gate, running in your browser.
  • 3 platforms, one queue
  • A name on every approval
  • Checked before anyone reviews
  • Works in ChatGPT, Claude, Codex and Cursor

One queue for every account.

Instagram, Threads and LinkedIn in one list. Every post says where it stands in plain words: waiting for review, queued or published. Your whole team sees the same list, and it updates the moment someone acts.

Mistakes get caught before anyone reviews.

Every draft is checked against your rules: words you never use, a missing call to action, a caption that runs long, an image with no alt text. A draft that fails comes back with the reason, not a warning nobody reads. Fix it, and it goes to review.

Write your rules once.

Wren Hollow Ceramics never says game-changing, must-have or hurry. Every post asks readers to “save”, “share” or “tag a friend”. No more than 5 hashtags, and no em dashes.

The rules of Wren Hollow Ceramics, a made-up shop, as the checks read them.

Tell AutoPoster how your brand sounds, in words like these. You approve the rules once, and every post follows them from then on.

You approve. It is written down.

Approving is the one step that can't be undone, so only admins can do it. Each approval is recorded with a name, a time and where it came from: the dashboard, an AI assistant or the API. Anyone on the team can read the record. Nobody can edit it.

  1. 09:12

    Draft

A teammate's AI assistant drafts the speckled bowls post.

  2. 09:12

    Sent back

The checks flag game-changing. Nobody is asked to review it yet.

  3. 09:20

    Needs review

Reworded, it passes every check and waits for an admin.

  4. 11:04

    Approved

You approve it. Your name, the time and “from the dashboard” go on the record.

  5. 18:00

    Published

Instagram has it at its time, and that goes on the record too.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect your accounts

    Disconnect any time.
  2. 2

    Set your brand's rules

Write them once, and every post follows them from then on.
  3. 3

    Write or bring drafts

You, a teammate or your AI assistant. Every draft gets checked.
  4. 4

    Approve

It publishes at its time, and your approval goes on the record.

Let your AI assistant do the busywork.

Add AutoPoster to ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor and your assistant can read your queue, draft posts and run them through the same checks you do. It signs in as you, sees only your workspaces, and can't approve anything you couldn't. Everything it does shows up on the record as you, through an AI assistant.

Connector address

Paste this where ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor asks for a custom connector (an MCP server).

What AutoPoster does with your accounts

You can pull a post back
Approving hands the post to a scheduler. Until it publishes, you can take it back.
Uploads are public links
Instagram and LinkedIn fetch your images and videos from a web address, so each upload gets a long, random, public one. Don't upload anything that must stay private.
Access is stored encrypted
Account access is kept encrypted. Revoke it from the platform or from Settings whenever you like.
LinkedIn needs a reconnect
Its access has to be renewed by hand every couple of months. AutoPoster warns you days before it lapses.

Questions

Something we didn't answer? Write to hello@zawaaj.in or read how it works.

How do I get in?

AutoPoster is in a closed beta, and we let people in a few at a time. Request access with your email. When a place opens, we email you an invite.

Can it post without me?

No. Every draft waits for an admin to approve it. Approving is the one step that can't be undone. Drafts and schedules can change any time before that.

Does it make images or videos?

No. AutoPoster writes and checks the words. Bring your own images and videos, or make them elsewhere and upload them.

Which platforms does it post to?

Instagram, Threads and LinkedIn.

Can I run more than one brand?

Yes. Each brand gets its own workspace with its own accounts, rules and queue, and you switch between them in one click.

Does it work with ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes, and with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any assistant that takes a custom connector. It signs in as you and follows the same rules and roles as the dashboard. Set it up.

Will I see how my posts did?

Instagram and Threads report post numbers. LinkedIn doesn't for personal profiles, so a LinkedIn-only workspace has none.
