1. Who can use it
By using AutoPoster you agree to these Terms. AutoPoster is run by Zawaaj, a sole proprietorship of Ajmal Aksar, Kozhikode, Kerala, India. You must be 18 or over, and only connect accounts you own or are allowed to run.
2. The service
AutoPosterschedules and publishes posts to the Instagram, Threads and LinkedIn accounts you connect, and shows you how they did. Work happens in workspaces: your personal one, or an organization you share with others. In a shared workspace, admins approve, publish, delete and disconnect; members draft. Nothing is published until an admin approves it. We provide the service “as is” and may change or stop features.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under it.
- Admins: an approved post publishes at its time without anyone watching. Approve only what you mean to publish.
- You must own, or have the right to use, everything you upload and publish. Uploaded files get a public web address so the platforms can fetch them (see our Privacy Policy).
- AI drafts are suggestions. Read them before you approve them; what you publish is yours.
4. What you may not do
- Post spam, or illegal, infringing, hateful or exploitative content.
- Break Instagram’s, Threads’ or LinkedIn’s terms and policies.
- Reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service, or get into other workspaces.
5. The platforms
When you connect Instagram, Threads or LinkedIn, their terms apply to you too. AutoPoster is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or LinkedIn Corporation. We can’t control their rate limits, account restrictions, outages or API changes.
6. Your content
Your content stays yours. You let us store it and send it to the platforms you choose, only to run the service. Our name, design and code stay ours.
7. No guarantees
We work to publish every approved post on time, but we can’t promise it. We are not liable for platform downtime, failed or late posts, or what your content leads to.
8. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you used AutoPoster for free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Indemnity
You cover us against claims that come from your content or your misuse of the service.
10. Ending
You can stop at any time. Delete your data with Settings → Delete my data, as described on Data Deletion. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these Terms.
11. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Kozhikode, Kerala have jurisdiction.
12. Changes
If we change these Terms we update the date at the top. Using AutoPoster after a change means you accept it.
